Player Bio

Lupita Curiel is a long-time tennis player who switched to pickleball in 2021. After attending college on a tennis scholarship, Lu focused on a career in the restaurant industy, establishing a chain of Italian deli’s in the San Diego area. Recently retired, she now focuses her time on pickleball. Lu ended 2025 ranked #1 in Masters Pro Singles and #5 in Singles Senior Pro.
