Player Bio

Kyle McMakin is a touring Pickleball Professional and former Division I tennis player from UC Davis, bringing elite-level experience and a fierce competitive edge to league play. His championship resume includes two Triple Crowns at the 5.0 level, a National Championship, two Minor League Pickleball Division titles — including the inaugural 2023 MiLP National Championship with pro partner Connor Garnett — and the PPA Bubbly Men’s Doubles Championship.

A head pro for LevelUp Pickleball Camps, Kyle has personally coached over 10,000 players nationwide over the past 4+ years and has been a regular contributor to Pickleball Magazine for the last two years. Known throughout the community as The Pickleball Cowboy, he brings passion, professionalism, and a little swagger to every court — and lives and breathes the game whether he’s competing, coaching, or training.
