Name: Glenn Erickson

Personal: Palm Springs native; married his Palm Springs High School sweetheart, Janie; they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Tennis: Director of Tennis and Head Tennis and Pickleball pro at the Palm Springs Tennis Club, Palm Springs, CA. At 16, he was ranked #3 in singles and #1 in doubles in CA in USTA tennis. 2000 USTA National Tennis Champion, ranked #1 in the US in Men’s 35’s Tennis Singles. 2007 USTA National Tennis Champion, ranked #1 in the US in Men’s 45’s Singles. He captained and played on the US National Tennis Team multiple times in the ITF World Championships in Perth, Australia and Antalya, Turkey. Won #1 world team championships, #1 doubles world championships and #3 singles world championships in Perth, Australia.

Pickleball: 2019, first time he played and fell in love with pickleball. In 2022, he won the Margaritaville 60’s Singles Pickleball National Championships. In 2022 he won the Mesa, AZ APP Super Senior MXD. Glenn has won multiple regional events in both singles and doubles, including some with his son, Glenn Erickson.

Hobbies: Family time, fishing and church callings.
