1. Promotion Description
Vince Vaughn Paddle Giveaway begins on May 29, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) and ends on July 15th, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) (the “Promotion Period”). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC, which are final. Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC is solely responsible for the administration of the Campaign. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media platforms. 2. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to residents of United States who are 18+ or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize
The following prizes will be awarded:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within 72 hours after the end date by Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC or its designated representatives. Winners will be notified via email and through our official social media channels. Entrants must confirm their acceptance by email within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Winners may be required to provide valid identification or additional documentation to claim their prize, and if they fail to do so, an alternate winner may be selected.

In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures, Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coachella Valley Scorpions, LLC is located. Any disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other agreed methods.
